We fire-roast hickory wood chips, capture & cool the smoke, then bubble our extra virgin olive oil through the cold smoke over a 24 hour period so the oil can absorb that incredible savory, smoky flavor. Our Hickory Smoked Bacon Olive Oil compliments pulled pork and steaks, salmon, portabello mushrooms, fried eggs and so much more! This smoke flavored oil is also the perfect, healthy alternative to bacon grease on a traditional spinach salad.
